17: Gaming Simulation for Training in Systems-Management

Presentation and discussion of an innovative curriculum of the University of Applied Sciences Vorarlberg. Students learn about systems-management by participating in a 3-semester course (in succession, total 9 ECTS). The application and design of systems dynamics simulation and  serious gaming methods are part of the didactic approach.
