Value Studies is a form of liberal education closely linked to ideals of the democratic and equal education of citizens. The curriculum provides space for high-minded exchange that intends to overcome sporadic, superficial, and one-sided conversations about values. The University of Winchester is currently establishing the first Institute for Value Studies in Europe.
