19: More Equal than Others? Modern Management between Leadership and Participation

-
Hauptschule
Breakout /
in deutscher Sprache

In a situation of demanding stakeholders, limited resources and competitive markets, leadership is challenged in terms of legitimation and effectivity. Are traditional hierarchies in organisations still state-of-the-art? Is there a need for more bottom-up and less top-down leadership? Or is it the other way round? In which circumstances is it helpful to have highly defined scripted roles and tasks; where is creative autonomy possible? In this breakout session, we will encourage an open discussion about these questions and offer the opportunity to reflect on leadership and cooperation in your organisation based on a well-proven leadership model.
