II.05: Video Interpreting in the Health Care System

Language barriers affect equality of opportunity in health care and the legal consequences of treatment in numerous ways. With the use of video interpreting, qualified interpreters in 15 languages can be accessed simply and within 120 seconds for every patient conversation. Both patients and employees feel more secure as a result.
