 Aoife is certified CIPP/E by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as well as a Certified Data Protection Practitioner (PDP).
 
 She is a regular lecturer at the Law Society of Ireland on data protection and technology law and a regular conference speaker

Vladimir ZADINA

 Vladimir Zadina, is currently a director of the Smart City Department in the municipal company Operátor ICT. Previously he used to work as a manager of the Smart City Department in the city of Písek. Furthermore, he has also contributed to the preparation of Smart City concepts for several Czech cities (e.g..Mladá Boleslav) , and worked on development of Smart City concept for the city of Zdar nad Sazavou and several municipal districts of Prague.
 
 He gained his expertise in the field of Smart Cities as well at the Ministry for Regional Development where he focused mainly on how to use European funds in the financing of Smart City initiatives.
