At the beginning of the Economic Symposium, “wenn es soweit ist” will develop a performative game throughout the room, quote texts by sociologists Ulrich Beck and Angelika Poferl and pave the way for the following discussions on InEqualities in the economy with their action “The Global Village”.

Mag. Jacqueline KORNMÜLLER

Artist, "Das Weltdorf", Vienna

 Jacqueline Kornmüller is a germanspeaking theatre-and filmdirector. She studied History, History of Art and New German Literature at the Ludwig Maximiliian University in Munich. In 1986 she changed to the "Folkwang Schule" for music, theatre and dance in Essen, and finally graduated with a diploma.
 Her first engagement lead her to the theatres of Cologne, where she worked with directors such as Dimiter Gotscheff, Günter Krämer, Georges Tabori, Hans Michael Rehberg and Mauricio Kagel and direted her first plays. From 1998 to 2000 she worked as an director in Lübeck, then Friedrich Schirmer invited her in to the state theatre of Stuttgart. She worked there until 2005 as a staff director, then she changed with Schirmer to the Schauspielhaus in Hamburg 2007. In 2008 she moved to Vienna and started with the preperatory work for a first documentary picture. 2009 she founded the theatregroupe wenn es soweit ist together with Peter Wolf. She invented the concept and the idea of the project "Ganymed Boarding", which she produced with Peter Wolf as a coproduction of wenn es soweit ist with the Kunsthistorischem Museum of Vienna. In September 2011 she invented the concept and the idea of the documentary projekt "Die Reise- A Project for 30 Immigrants", a coproduction of wenn es soweit ist and Volkstheater, Wien. For this work she received the Dorothea Neff Prize for best director.

Peter Ulrich WOLF

Artist, Vienna

 Before Peter Wolf became a director and producer, he worked from the start of his career in the German speaking area at theaters with great reputation: Burgtheater Vienna, Theater in der Josefstadt, Schauspiel Bonn, Staatstheater Mannheim, Theater Basel, Staatstheater Hannover, Schauspiel Köln, Staatstheater Stuttgart and Schauspielhaus Hamburg and with outstanding directors like Hans Kresnik, Ernst Wendt, Boy Gobert, Jossi Wiehler, Andreas Kriegenburg, Karin Baier and Johann Simons.
 With this wealth of experience in dramaturgic work he started to initiate a series in Vienna in 2007 of consecutive evenings who concentrate themselves unto the concept of wenn es soweit ist. Since 2008 he produced, directed and conceptualized the evenings Pessoa 01 Pessoa Lounge, the first evening, who deals with the complete works of Fernando Pessoa, Josephinum 02 about death, a performance which deals with different disciplines of arts and is situated around the theme death and finally the project Ganymed Boarding in which contemporary authors describe the masterpieces of the picture gallery and actors interpret them in an open performance play. In September 2011 he produced Die Reise in the Volkstheater Wien with 30 Immigrants telling there story of their journey to Austria. 2012 -14 Ganymed became an art project for the European Union, with Hungary , Poland and Austria participating, called Ganymed goes Europe.
