Into the Silence: The Voice of Your Heart

The flood of information and the great variety of choices challenge us to focus on what really matters in our lives to make sound decisions. Ancient spiritual traditions teach meditation to listen to the voice of one’s own heart. Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Jesuit Order, emphasized the role of emotions to discern what is essential and truly good. This half hour Into the Silence will offer reflection, music and silence to listen to one’s inner voice.
