Health Talk: Throw-away Society – Who is Responsible?

-
Hotel Böglerhof
Social /
in deutscher Sprache

While one part of society is in need of an adequate access to food, the other part routinely throws away surplus food. What are consequences of inequality concerning the availability of food? How are left over groceries handled and what does the term 2nd class food imply? What are implications of these inequalities and who stands accountable – politics, retail, society or citizens individually? Jointly with experts of different domains we will discuss potential steps of solution.
