Breakfast Club 08: Diversity in Banking and Finance
Supported by PwC
Women and minorities are even less common in top positions in the financial sector than in most other sectors. For example, women only hold one-tenth of the top management posts in the Eurozone’s biggest banks. Why and how could banks benefit from a more diverse staff? What would the effects of more diversity be on decision-making processes inside banks and the corporate culture as a whole? Would it impact performance at all? What does diversity in the portfolio of products depend on?
