Which functions should the public sector fulfil in the 21st century? This panel will address general considerations regarding the scope and structure of state activities (tasks and expenses, taxes, regulatory measures). The European socio-economic model will be discussed in detail status quo and needs for reform from a sustainability perspective

He has also written several papers on the economics of corruption and on the relationship between globalization and fiscal systems. |
