Mihai Adrian IONESCU

 Prof. Adrian M. Ionescu is a full Professor at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland. He held staff and/or visiting positions at LETI-CEA and CNRS, Grenoble, and Stanford University, in 1998 and 1999, respectively. He is currently the Director of the Nanoelectronic Devices Laboratory of EPFL. Prof. Ionescu regularly serves on the IEDM and ESSDERC Technical Committees and was the Technical Chair of ESDDERC 2006. He has large experience with the coordination of European projects. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Cluster for Application and Technology Research in Europe on Nanoelectronics (CATRENE) and the national representative of Switzerland to the European Nanoelectronics Initiative Advisory Council (ENIAC). He acts as the European Chair of the Emerging Research Devices Group of ITRS. He is one of the Swiss Coordinators of the Guardian Angels FET Flagship.
