in englischer SpracheChristo will share images and commentary regarding his two works “Over The River” and “The Mastaba”, as well as the many previous projects that he and his wife Jeanne-Claude have completed around the world. In his project ‘Over The River’, Christo suspended 5.9 miles of silvery, luminous fabric panels high above the Arkansas River along a 42-mile stretch of the river between Salida and Canñon City in south-central Colorado. The Mastaba, a project for Abu Dhabi, was conceived in 1977. It will be the largest sculpture in the world, made from 410,000 multi-coloured barrels to form a mosaic of bright sparkling colours, echoing Islamic architecture.
