Partner Session 01: Primary Health Care – Daring to Change or Just More of the Same?

-
Hotel Böglerhof
Partner /
in deutscher Sprache

Reorganisation of the primary health care and its structures is the dominating issue in Austrian health care politics. Which tasks and which role should primary care take on in the future? How can its effectiveness be improved? Which lessons can be learned from other countries?

Which aspects should be defined centrally and which can, or even must, be defined regionally according to special local needs and conditions? This discussion will identify essential prerequisites and define standards leading to recommendations for those in duty to decide and implement.
