Alpbach Mindfulness Hike

In this hike we will discuss the importance of mindfulness for the education system and the mission and activities of Mindful Schools. We will explore the role played by politics in creating an environment which is good for mental health. Robert Thomas will guide us through key mindfulness practices. In case of bad weather conditions, the session will take place at the “Hotel zur Post”. Any changes of the venue to “Hotel zur Post” will be marked in our online programme on the day before the hike.
