in englischer SpracheHow resilient any state is depends on certain factors which enable it in the most difficult situations to act properly. 15 scholarship holders of the European Forum Alpbach will collectively identify the factors needed to overcome a crisis in an online, real-time decision-making procedure. They will then define and priortise strategies for action. Finally, an expert panel will discuss the results.
The 15 scholarship holders will be selected on a “first come, first served” basis. Moreover, all registered participants of the Political Symposium can participate in the exercise; registration is mandatory.
