in deutscher Sprache

The rules and values of coexistence in Austria and Europe often differ substantially from those in the countries of origin of many migrants who make their way to Europe. Knowing these rules and values is a necessary condition for the successful integration of migrants. What level of cultural adaption is required for successful integration? What are the limits of diversity? What defines Austrian identity? How do you build a sense of belonging to and foster identification with Austria? What is the role of cultural difference and diversity within society?
