This evening programme is dedicated individuals who have experienced conflicts in very different environments, from board rooms to war zones. Through courageous leadership they managed to move from conflict to peace and possibly cooperation. What can we learn from their stories? What conditions, practices and concrete skills do you need to overcome conflicts?
