20: How Mindfulness Increases Resilience
Mindfulness is an integrative state that creates mental space, expands the scope for action and encourages creativity. The seminar offers a diverse, experience-based approach to mindfulness, with the aim of reinforcing self-aware, authentic, situation-appropriate action. It will also investigate and analyse topics such as neuroplasticity – the capacity of nerve cells or whole brain areas to change their characteristics dependent on usage – and other findings from neuroscience.
