23: “It does matter where” – Sensing and Questioning Space

-
Congress Centrum Alpbach
Seminar /
in englischer Sprache

How much space do we occupy? How do we feel in our environment? We as residents and users contribute to the fact that the spaces built for us become offers and foster our sensuality, our feelings and our thinking. Based on one’s own body and titled ‘It does matter where’, the various semi-public and public spaces in Alpbach are up for discussion and free for review. Conventions of behaviour will also be called into question during the workshop. The seminar deals with the built space, the designed public space in its objective appearance and with the individual subjective perceptions of it.
Part of this seminar is the development of the Opening of the Health Symposium (Sunday, 18.08.2019, 18:00) and one performance in public space (Monday, 19.08.2019, 19:00).
