Sunrise Hiking Tour to the Wiedersberger Horn
Supported by the Alpbacher Bergbahnen
Leaving behind familiar perspectives and looking at the world from a new angle has been one of the main features of the European Forum Alpbach from the very beginning. This is also the aim of the annual sunrise hike to which we invite all participants and guests in Alpbach. Participation is at your own risk. Shuttle bus and cable car are free of charge. In case of bad weather, the hiking tour will be cancelled. Meeting Point: valley station Wiedersbergerhornbahn.
Transfer: Bus 1 04:45 and 05:15 (Stops: Start Böglerhof Post Lagerhaus Wiedersberger Horn); Bus 2 04:45 and 05:15 (Stops: Inneralpbach to Wiedersberger Horn; does stop at all stations but does not drive up to the village)
Return Transfer: Bus 1 07:45, 08:15; Bus 2 07:45, 08:15 (stops see above)

| Karl Gabl kommt aus St. Anton am Arlberg. Nach dem Studium für Meteorologie ist er Leiter der Zentralanstalt für Meteorologie und Geodynamik in Innsbruck. Der staatlich geprüfte Berg- und Skiführer, Landesschilehrer, sowie zertifizierte Sachverständige für Meteorologie leitete zahlreiche Expeditionen. |
