| In 2008, Gulnara joined International Media Support (IMS), a non-profit organization that works in more than 40 countries worldwide helping to strengthen professional journalism and ensure that media can operate in challenging circumstances. | |
| Gulnara heads up Azerbaijan Media Center and oversees various media assistance projects implemented by partner organizations. As the Center's Director, she oversees its operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources. | |
| She has served on numerous panels at international media conferences and is often called upon to serve as business development consultant for startup agencies. Gulnara is an author and facilitator of diverse training courses and seminars on strategic communications and media relations. Her audience varies from private sector communications managers to government officials and civil servants. |
Radomir LICINA

| Radomir Licina has more than forty-three years of journalistic experience in political dailies of former Yugoslavia (Borba and Nasa Borba) and Serbia. As a journalist and editor, he reported from different European, South Asian and Middle Eastern countries as well as the United States. Among other issues, he covered European and world affairs, especially the birth and development of the CSCE and OSCE processes. Besides his work for the Serbian media, he contributed numerous reports, commentaries, analyses and interviews to various media in the region and the world. Radomir Licina is one of the founders and owners of Danas, the independent political daily in Serbia, where he was Foreign Editor until May 1999. Currently, he is Senior Editor in that daily. He is a Member of the Board of the South East European Media Organisation (SEEMO), an affiliate of the International Press Institute in Vienna, and a Member of the IPI Board. Radomir Licina initiated a book edition called Danas (means Today), published by the Belgrade company Dan Graf, which deals with the most significant trends and challenges of the contemporary world. He edited and translated three books for that edition: The Future of Freedom, by Fareed Zakaria, The World is Flat, by Thomas Friedman, and The Suicide of Reason, by Lee Harris. |
