Technological developments and changes in society require ever more rapid reactions. In the future, innovative processes and ecosystems will be strongly influenced by digitization. At the same time, innovative business models are gaining traction. On the one hand this creates new opportunities for collaborative brainstorming; on the other, enterprises become more transparent by opening up towards the outside. DI Klaus VAMBERSZKY

Klaus Vamberszky studied mechanical and chemical engineering at the Technical University of Vienna and finished his studies with the degree Diplom-Ingenieur . He began his career as a luminaire designer at Zumtobel Licht GmbH in 1985. Since then, Klaus Vamberszky has held various management positions in the areas of research, development and marketing within the Zumtobel Group. He was appointed EVP Technology for the Zumtobel Group in October 2009 and subsequently named CTO of the Group. In this function, Klaus Vamberszky is responsible for the ongoing technological development of the Zumtobel Group and the coordination of the technological approaches followed by Tridonic as a manufacturer of components and acdc, Reiss, Thorn and Zumtobel as producers of luminaires. | |
Besides this, he is active in several committees of the European lighting industry and a board member of Lighting Europe, the industry association that represents the lighting industry in Europe. |
