in deutscher SpracheThe industrial policy strategy “Made in China 2025” deals with nothing less than a renewal of the Chinese economy. While in the Western world it is assumed that this should mostly best be left to market forces, China is relying on the state. Based on the results of the study «China Manufacturing 2025. Putting Industrial Policy Ahead of Market Forces» of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China we will discuss the challenges that European industry will face in the next 10 years and how Europe can address them.
