When designing new products and services it is central to include the user demands and thus the individuality of users into the design process. By using Design for Diversity methods, we can identify user demands that arise from aspects like gender identity, age, social affiliation, ethnicity or education. Critical Making Challenge: In the framework of Junior Alpbach 2018 the participants will design a wearable technology to make a positive contribution to challenges of today’s societies – like promoting sustainable mobility, reducing stress-induced diseases like burnout or encouraging moral courage.
Participants: Only children of participants of the Technology Symposium aged 13 to 17 years or children that have special invitations from the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research.
Please note: limited number of participants, registration necessary!
Information and registration: Karin Kohlfürst, T +43 (664) 340 20 71, E karin@highent.org
