This session looks at “InEquality” from a female perspective in relation to work and the economy. Where do women need to catch up in terms of equality of opportunity? Where are they already ahead? What mechanisms are needed to achieve a balance between genders in terms of work and family, working hours, executive positions and retirement age? What about women in STEM areas? Which obstacles and opportunities are faced for women with an international background?
