From early 1980s to 2000, he worked in Institute of Industrial Economics of Chinese Academy of Social Science and Development Research Center of the State Council of the People s Republic of China. He has been the director of NRCSTD since 2000. His major research areas are: industrial economics, enterprise economics, science and technology strategy and policy. He is the major participant and writer of the Medium and Long-Term Development Planning for China s Science & Technology and the related policies of the Planning. |
